This course covers the surface facilities process technology of natural gas processing. The topics range from gas gathering (pipeline hydraulics) to the plant inlet (separation and slug catching) and then through the typical gas plant technologies (dehydration, treating/sweetening, dew point control/liquid recovery, sulphur recovery and acid gas injection). The course is an intermediate level course that is suitable for operations and technical personnel as well as management. The course also works as a refresher or for those new to gas processing. Many of the technical topics are generally applicable and valuable even in other non-gas processing surface facilities. The course has numerous lessons with over 12 hours of content.Read more...
