With 15+ years of experience ranging from crafting materials for TEDx speakers to optimizing profiles for Oil, Gas & Clean Energy professionals, she is passionate about helping forward-thinking leaders level up. A career columnist for the Houston Business Journal and Oilwoman magazine, Dr. Rico has a proven track record of working alongside public officials, career diplomats, and corporate E&P executives such as Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison, Jeff Immelt, Jeff Shellebarger, and Jeff Miller.
